There comes a point on every journey of growth where the questions begin to change.

Initially, the focus tends to be on happiness.

Then comes self-love.

Learning to be kinder. More accepting. More compassionate towards ourselves.

But beyond self-love lies something equally important.

Trust.

For many women, trusting others comes naturally. We seek advice, ask for opinions and look for reassurance in the world around us. Yet somewhere along the way, we often stop listening to ourselves.

The feeling that something is not quite right is set aside.

The excitement that comes with a new possibility is squashed by practicalities.

The gentle nudge towards change is ignored.

Life gets busy. Expectations grow louder. Responsibilities demand attention. Before long, that quiet inner voice is drowned out by the noise.

The beautiful truth is that the inner voice never truly disappears.

It simply waits patiently beneath the doubt, the fear and the endless overthinking.

In moments of stillness, it can be heard again.

Not as a dramatic revelation, but as a quiet sense of knowing.

A feeling of alignment.

A deep breath that says “this feels right.”

Perhaps trusting ourselves is not something we need to learn.

Perhaps it is something we need to remember.

Sometimes all it takes is a little space to hear it again. Through Reiki, Spiritual Coaching and Goddess Empowerment Therapy, I support women as they reconnect with their inner wisdom, their truth and the woman they were always meant to be.

If this resonates, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on that journey.
